Fina reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

The contents displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, animations, logos, trademarks are the property of Fina and/or its customers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, adapt, or in any way alter these materials and contents without the permission of Fina. You agree not to use any contact information and e-mail addresses that can be found on the website to send any unsolicited commercial information. This website may contain links to other sites. Fina does not monitor these other sites and is not responsible for the contents of such sites. Your access to such sites via the links contained on this web site is wholly at your own risk. 

TREATMENT FINEPRINT

 

 

At the time of making the first booking and/or a repeat one-off session, credit card details will be taken either through the website’s online booking system or by phone.

A 50% deposit will be required, with the outstanding balance for your treatment payable on the day of your appointment. We reserve the right to charge the full payment in advance if you have previously failed to comply with our cancellation policy. 
If you are unable to attend an appointment please kindly notify us as soon as you can by calling us at  +44 2039 171 231 or email us on info@finalondon.com. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be lost. If the appointment is cancelled on the day or you do not attend the appointment, we will require you to cover 100% of the cost for the service. We will send you an email with further instructions on how to make the payment. 
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours, the full deposit will be refunded to you. Please allow 3 working days to process the payment. 
If you did not pay a deposit, we reserve the right to charge you an additional 50% when you book your next appointment or take the full payment in advance as a penalty.
If you cancel your appointment more than 3 times, we can refuse to accept you as a client in future.

 

If a further last minute cancellation or failure to honour an appointment occurs, the company reserves the right to reclaim the full cost of the treatment booked.

 

During the first session, the client will be asked a series of short questions of a health and medical nature and contact details will be taken down so that the company can contact the client in emergency situations.

 

For LPG® treatment after undergoing liposuction, at least a week should have elapsed since the last liposuction session. Preferably, clients should have a letter of recommendation from the specialist recommending LPG lymphatic drainage and slimming.

For patients that have had any surgical procedures, muscle injuries or skin conditions, we ask that medical clearance is first provided before coming to the studio. Contraindications to LPG treatment are as follows:

  • pregnancy (except for the legs)

  • thrombophlebitis

  • neoplasm

  • infections, skin rashes

  • inflammations

  • anticoagulant treatment

  • hemopathies 

  • cancer in progression

  • blood disease

  • herpes

  • cosmetic surgery (ask for a medical certificate)

  • injections (wait 2 weeks)

  • antibiotics (wait 1 week)

* People with hypothyroidism, diabetes, or undergoing a long-term corticosteroid treatment respond less well to our treatments. In case of doubt, please consult your general practitioner or your attending physician.

Patients that are undertaking a course of antibiotics, we ask that you wait a week from the end of the course to start the LPG treatment. 

PAYMENT FINEPRINT

 

 

FINA does not accept American Express credit cards at the salon.

We do not provide a VAT reclaiming service which allows visitors who do not reside in a relevant territory to receive a refund of VAT (or equivalent tax paid at the point of sale) in respect of goods or services they have purchased, and which they intend to export.

FINA has a very strict non-misuse policy and does not collect any personal information on this website. Any personal information voluntarily disclosed by you on this web site will never be abused or sold to any third party. All information is strictly confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than to accurately serve you and your business.
